The official sequel to Skull Man Kills. Features full levels, Mega Man X-style dashing and walljumping and more. After Wily's defeat, Skull Man has returned back to Cossack's lab, only to be stuck doing menial labor. But, as fate would have it, Skull Man must return to action after Wily threatens Earth once more with a strangely familiar band of robots... and Mega Man is nowhere to be found!
